Layout of processing plane in clean room should be reasonable compect, only arrenging

necessary processing equipment procssses,studio with air cleanliness class requirements indoor. Processes with high level air cleanliness requirements should be arranged on tme windward side. Processing equipment that is easy to produce pollution should be arranged closing to the air outlet position.

潔凈室工藝平面布置應合理、緊湊，室內只布置必要的工藝設備，以及有空氣潔凈度等級要求的工序和工作室。潔凈室內嬰求空氣法凈度等級高的工序應布置在上風側，易產生污染的工藝設備應布置在靠近回風口位置。

It generally Includes three parts,1e. clean section, quasl clean sectlion Buxillary section.In order to minimlze the pollution caused by human activities in operation, stalfis should change protective apparels, shower, bath, disinteet betore entering the clean section. all kinds ot objects must be puritied betore entering the clean seclion. Material purification route should be separated trom human purilication route. Il materials personnel can only enter the clean room at the same place, they also should enter the door separelely. Materlals firstly go through rough purification treatment.

一般包括潔凈區。準潔凈區和輔助區三部分。為了在操作中盡量減少人活動產生的污染，人員在進入清凈區之前，必須更換清凈服井吹淋、洗澡、消毒，同時各種物件在送入潔凈區前也必須經過凈化處理，物料凈化路線與人凈路線應分開，如果物料與人員只能在同一處進入潔凈室，也必須分門而入，物料先經過粗凈化處理。
